  • 1/2 cup Mango - excellent in Vitamin C (Sprouts Market Frozen) 
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries - excellent in Vit C & Fiber (Sprouts Frozen Mix) 
  • 2-3 pods Jackfruit - excellent in Fiber & Vitamin A, Good for hair,  skin & nails 
  • 2 Tbsp Flax & Chia seeds - Omega-3s, Anti-inflammatory, Iron & Calcium 
  • Powders of your choice (Hemp Protein, Moringa, Maca) 
  • Squeeze of Lime
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Nut Milk or Coconut Water
