- 2-3 pods Jackfruit - excellent in Fiber & Vitamin A, Good for hair, skin & nails
- 2 Tbsp Flax & Chia seeds - Omega-3s, Anti-inflammatory, Iron & Calcium
- Powders of your choice (Hemp Protein, Moringa, Maca)
- 1 cup Nut Milk or Coconut Water
